IFTAR: Last Day for Payments

Dear friends,

Please note that today is the last day for confirmation and payment of RM45.00 for the IFTAR TRIME 2009/1430H event. Up to this point when I'm wiriting this post, there has been 10 confirmed guests who have already cleared their payments. To them, I express my greatest gratitude for giving me ur utmost cooperation, and I would like to thank Abu for being the FIRST to clear the payment on the next day of the post (other than myself)..so thanx Abu!


I hope the rest of could follow suit..but it just seem impossible with our group..

I would like to remind you that organizing events is almost impossible without funds or early payments..unless there is someone in the group who is willing to put forth his own money for advanced payments..taking risks that he might lose part of the money..or the whole sum..

To be frank, this has happened before in our group..some of our dear friends who were willing to put forth their own money ends up losing them..and its not in small amount..its folds bigger then what you are paying for this IFTAR..its an old story..so I'm not going to dwell on it in this holy month..but i do hope that you guys could appreciate their willingness to sacrifice in the past..

That brings me to put up rules for early confirmation..and penalties for late confirmation..and I even raised the price for these events..it's all because I want to have an initial amount of funds in our accounts for our future events..coz you won't believe if i tell you the total amount I've lost investing for these events in the past..

I'm not bringing up old stories or whatsoever..I'm just learning my lesson..anyway..its up to you whether you want to believe me or not..after all..tak baik menipu bulan Ramadhan ni..

okay..back to the future..

the total collection up till today is RM450.00..almost the price for a coupon booklet for 12 persons..

now..to buy 2 coupon booklets cost me RM924.00..but the total collection is still far from that..though I personally know there will be payments coming in today..I still can't predict whether we could achieve the total of 24 confirmed guests..so I decided to buy one coupon booklet today..jika diizinkan Allah dan masih ada peluang..I'll buy another booklet on the next day..if not..we'll have to pay the full price RM46.20 for the rest of the guests..[tula..sape suh bayar lambat??]..

so you'll have until 11:45pm tonite to pay RM45.00..after that I'm raising the price to RM46.00..RM1.00 penalty for late payment and confirmation..

1. WANT TO COME BUT CAN'T PAY YET

If you call me by 11:45pm today stating that you are NOT ABLE TO PAY FOR THE EVENT NOW but YOU REALLY WANT TO COME..I will consider giving you the price of RM45.00..ON ONE CONDITION..you will have to pay me that RM45.00 eventhough you didn't show up at the event..

2. DON'T KNOW WHETHER THEY CAN COME OR NOT

You can choose to pay RM45.00 today..however..if you can't make it..let me know and i'll keep your balance for future events..
OR
You can confirm later and pay RM 46.00..no choice..
OR
You can come on that day..and pay RM46.20 at the counter..I'm not going to manage for your payments..
